It may sound too good to be true, but I’m here to tell you - Gratitude can actually increase happiness and is a great antidote to many things, including anger and bitterness.
One exercise to help you understand Gratitude a little more deeply is to create what experts call a Gratitude List. Psychology experts point out that there is a certain template to follow, so let's give it a shot and come up with something that is designed to increase our thoughts, develop more positive attributes, and help us feel better about our surroundings.
